Request unblock

Fill in the request and we will look at it. The address shown above is the one that travels with the request: the server reads it from your own connection, so you do not need to type it and cannot get it wrong.

Detected by the server. It cannot be edited and it is the one used in the request.

The domain of the service you were blocked from. It helps us find your account faster.

Blocks usually follow several failed login attempts. They are lifted within minutes.

Questions about IP blocks

Why was my IP blocked?

Because the server firewall saw too many failed logins from your address in a short time: wrong passwords on the panel, mail, FTP or SSH. It is the protection against password guessing, and it acts on its own. The most common cause is not an attack: it is a phone or a mail client still holding the old password after a change, retrying every few minutes.

How do I know it is a block and not an outage?

Try from another network, for instance your phone on mobile data. If the panel, mail and site work from there but not from your connection, your IP is blocked: everything works for everyone else. If nothing works from anywhere, check the service status.

Which connection should I send the request from?

From the one that got blocked: your office or home connection. The form does not ask for the IP, it reads it from the connection you send it from; if you send it over mobile data, you are asking to unblock your phone’s IP. If this page does not open from that network either, write to us from another connection and tell us the blocked IP.

How long does the unblock take?

The request reaches the technical team and you get an acknowledgement by email. Blocks caused by failed logins are lifted within minutes. If after a while you still cannot get in, reply to that email.

Why is the whole office blocked?

Because to the internet everyone goes out through the same public IP. A single device retrying with an old password is enough for the firewall to block that address, and everyone behind it. Before asking for the unblock, find that device: otherwise it happens again within the hour.

How do I stop it happening again?

Every time you change a password, update it everywhere it is saved: the phone, the mail client, the FTP client and any form on the site that uses it to send mail. If you have a static IP, it can be added to the allowlist.
